How Your Box Moves Through the Floor

Handmade rigid and foldable boxes are built in this order. Each step is signed off against your approved sample.

Step	What happens on the floor
1 · Dieline & mockup	Structure drawn around your product dimensions; artwork shown on a 3D mockup before anything is cut.
2 · Printing	Wrapping paper printed with your artwork; colour checked against the approved proof.
3 · Lamination & finishing	Matt or gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing or spot UV on the printed sheet.
4 · Board cutting	Greyboard cut and creased to the dieline; for foldable boxes the fold lines and magnet positions are set here.
5 · Wrapping by hand	Printed paper wrapped onto the board — the step that decides whether corners and edges look premium.
6 · Magnets & inserts	Magnets fitted, ribbon attached, foam, EVA or paperboard inserts cut and placed.
7 · Inspection	Structure, colour, fit and finishing checked against the approved sample.
8 · Packing	Boxes counted, flat-packed where the structure allows, and packed into export cartons.
