Yes. Share product dimensions, quantities, artwork and the preferred opening style. Materials, print, finishes and inserts are selected around your project.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our catalogue lists a standard starting quantity of 500 pieces. The final minimum depends on structure, materials and specification; ask for a project-specific quotation.
Will a foldable box reduce shipping costs?
A suitable flat-pack structure reduces empty-box volume. Actual freight depends on packed carton dimensions, weight, quantity, destination and transport method. Request a like-for-like packing comparison.
Can I order matching paper bags?
Yes. Include paper bags in your brief so dimensions, handles, print and finishes can be coordinated with your gift boxes.
How do we confirm color and quality?
Confirm the artwork, physical materials, structure, insert fit and finish through an approved sample. Critical brand colors should use an agreed physical reference.

Is any part of production subcontracted?
No. Printing and lamination, die-cutting, board wrapping, hand assembly, insert fitting and export packing all happen at the one address on our FSC certificate.
What quality checks happen before my order ships?
The physical sample is approved first, then the first-off box on the run, then structure, colour, fit and finishing checked box by box, then quantity and carton marking confirmed before shipping.
Is the FSC certificate held in your own company name?
Yes — not a group member listing or a trading partner’s certificate. Check the licence and scope on search.fsc.org.
How do I start a custom packaging project?
